We loved the home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Aram was very responsive. There are lovely bird feeders on the deck that can be filled with provided birdseed and we observed many beautiful birds attending the feeders! The kitchen has everything you'll need and was clean and spacious. The firepit was peaceful and there is a path to do a 5-8 minute hike that starts right out the back door and goes around their property to observe nature. We visited the Himalayan Salt Cave in town and found it very relaxing and unique! There are many unique and fun shops to visit for souvenirs and other gifts. The only drawback we noted about the entire stay was having to drive 12-15 minutes to get out to the main road if we needed to run out to grab something - but that was listed in the property description, so we tried to plan ahead and get everything we needed in advance to avoid side trips.

Our group of 9 had a great stay at Katie's place! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we appreciated the family friendly amenities like a highchair and pack n play. The older kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and the little hideaway "tent" bed in the primary bedroom was adorable for our three year old. The basement bedroom was perfect for the toddler in our group who needed a dark/quiet place to sleep and would also be great for a teen looking for more privacy. The hot tub was clean and the view from the deck is even better in person. Kitchen was well laid out and had plenty of pots and pans. Cooking oils/spices/bathroom toiletries are not provided but not a huge deal as this was well communicated ahead of our stay. Katie and the property manager were both extremely responsive and helpful. We were really thankful that Katie went the extra mile to find something we had left behind and mail it to us. Hope to stay at Katie's property again soon!

Had a lovely time at this cute and quaint little camper! It is exactly as described and more. The hosts have curated a beautiful and comfortable experience by providing all necessary amenities. The instructions and communication was prompt and solid. The kayaks are a big plus and added so much to our experience. All in all it packed a punch!!

Thank you for hosting us at your cabin. The cabin itself was very comfy and cozy, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful view of the river. Unfortunately, we found the neighborhood it was located in to be quite run down and trashy, which was the only downside to our stay. However, your excellent hospitality and quick responses more than made up for it.

We enjoyed staying at Emily's place for a girls birthday trip. It was quiet and beautiful with fhe woods and nature surrounding us. It was close to Harpers Ferry and not too far from Hagerstown MD which allowed us to go sightseeing easily. It was a really good trip!

A great find! This is a really cute and cozy place that is just as pictured. It was very clean and had all we needed for a perfect get away. The sports complex amenities are very nice and close by. I would definitely recommend and will likely return for another stay!

Very cute and cozy spot! Easy to find and easy to check in and out. Rachel was communicative and even provided some recommendations for my dog and I (Loved Devil’s Nose!). Even though the weather didn’t cooperate all that well, I was still able to explore Berkley Springs and made it down to Harper’s Ferry! Would definitely recommend this spot!

We used to stay in a place not too far from here in PA. It slowly lost its charm, so we ventured out. So glad we did! Excellent hosts! The details they paid attention to did not go unnoticed. A wonderful welcome basket, immaculate home, and plenty of extras. We will be back!

Beautiful home surrounded by nature. Property was just as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Our boys enjoyed the provided toys and games in the loft. Kitchen stocked with all the essential tools to prepare meals. Loved the wood stove and outdoor fire pit to relax in the evening. We got the day passes to enjoy the community center and the indoor pool and spa was really nice and clean. They also have a food truck near the pro shop and the food was great. Communication with hosts was top notch. Highly recommend this property.
