Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

The whole family will be comfortable in this spacious updated home. Come see all Corrales has to offer! Walking distance from galleries, restaurants, wineries/breweries and located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, Corrales' pastoral charm provides the perfect getaway from the day's activities. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

Just in time for summer 2025, we recently installed brand new central air-conditioning at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Take it easy at this unique spot located in the picturesque North Valley. This rustic home is near walking trails, restaurants, cafes and bakeries and a short drive to all Albuquerque has to offer. The home's open floor plan, clay and wood walls and handmade touches are one of a kind. Stay home by the pond or hop on the train to Santa Fe.
