With two bedrooms, a clever sleeping alcove, and a futon in the Secret Playroom, the cabin sleeps six, seven if you banish snoring Uncle Arslan to the couch.

Come enjoy the country and farm life! Our little cottage is a late 1800s spring house with beautiful views of pastures and sunrises. Located next to Heidelburg Country Club, Koziar’s Christmas Village, Blue Marsh Outdoors and Plum Creek Creamery. Whether you’re here summer or winter there’s something to enjoy! The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Quaint cottage overlooking Beurys Lake...or as my dad lovingly says..."its more like a shallow pond". For those who love a sweet quiet cottage get away with a gorgeous view, this is the perfect place for you. 2 Kayaks are here for your use...on my shallow, but pretty lake. One bathroom, with stand up shower, with washer/dryer, and yes, my water heater all are cozied up in there together.

The Summer Kitchen

Quaint, 1-bedroom, cottage built as a summer kitchen for the original farmhouse in 1740. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe.
