The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Newly renovated home in the midst of the Swanson Cattle Company farm & ranch. With fresh paint and brand new furnishings you will find this farm/ranch home a classy way to spend time in the country and away from the city. Look out the window and you will see livestock, pheasants, wild turkey, and many other things a farm and ranch has to offer. Sit on the private deck and watch the beautiful Nebraska sunsets.

Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

Seas the Day

One of a kind "beach vacation" in central Nebraska! A Caribbean ambience has been quasi recreated in this 1,600 sq. foot space NW of Kearney. The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

It’s a Storybook Cottage in a storybook town. This quaint cottage is ready for overnight visitors in Gothenburg, Nebraska, a small town in the heart of the country. This cozy home has an open feel and two spacious bedrooms. Step into the house with an inviting fireplace and a quiet sunroom. You are within walking distance to three parks, Lake Helen, and downtown. A mile north of town is the Wild Horse Golf Course giving golfers links on rolling hills and wild grasses.

Have fun with family and friends at this stylish home in a quiet neighborhood in Holdrege. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home is centrally located close to downtown, parks, schools, dining, golf course and museum. 711 house has a full kitchen, nice size dining room and a comfortable living room to relax. Enjoy the large deck that is shaded by trees or the covered front porch. Off street parking available in the back or on street in front. Newly remodeled and ready to go.

The Shop House

Finally, somewhere to stay in Bertrand Nebraska - Unique property. It is a shop house (or Barndominium). loft-style living room over 2 bedrooms, one bath. Living room seats 12, dining table sits 8+2 at the island. The rest of the building is the owners own space, but can be utilized if there is a need. Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.

Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & families. Your reservation will provide you with all 3 bedrooms, private bathroom & a commons area. Separate semi-private entrance. Separate A/C and Heat. Off street parking. Close to the historical downtown. Unique pergola outdoor living space to relax.

The Corliss

Stay behind the art mural that has a view of its own! This special place is close to everything this small town of Holdrege has to offer from a sculpture garden you can stretch your legs at plus a cool coffee shop. Enjoy three different eateries within three blocks and one boasting a brewery that makes their own beer. If you’re in need of a cocktail that you can even swing a club we have it, all within walking distance.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.
