Perfect panoramic sea view. Very close to most of the sightseeing spots. Great communication with the host.

I want to give 5 stars to the owner for his hospitality. Everything was great.We stayed at the hotel for a week. The owner tried to do everything to make us comfortable staying in his hotel.

Very spacious apartment, even bigger than it looks in pictures. Great location and very friendly host.

Evin konumu ve manzarası fotograftakilerden çok daha güzeldi. Evi çok beğendik, tekrar İstanbul’a gelmek istediğimizde kalmak istediğimiz tek yer.

Bizimle sürekli iletişimde olan her türlü konuda yardımcı olan çok kibar ve nazik bir ev sahibi. Ev çok temiz konum mükemmel çok memnun kaldık.

My stay at Harun’s place was fantastic. His place is located at a very beautiful location with great views from the flat. The stay was very comfortable and conveniently located to all major attractions in Istanbul. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Istanbul to stay here. Harika bir yer ve konsepte sahipti

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

Herşey çok güzeldi , konumu ve temizliği harika

Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Birkaç ufak sorun yaşadık ama Emrah Bey hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturdu. Gitmeyi düşünen herkese şunu söyleyebilirim: Manzarası harika, konakladığımız yerdeki insanların iletişimi çok iyi ve kendinizi tamamen rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Yakınlarda birçok yemek yenilecek yer ve alışveriş noktası bulunuyor. Benim için en önemli avantajlardan biri ise daireye ait ücretsiz kapalı otopark ve açık otoparkın olmasıydı. Her şey için Emrah Bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse, kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteriz.

I stayed for 15 days at Mubarek's room .it was great place to stay in, there's a lot to do in surrounding area. 15 minutes walk to Grand bazaar, Sultan Ahmet mosque, and Aya Sofia. 3 minutes walk to the sirkeci station,and the tram is behind us. thank you to the staff in Mubarek's place to help us ,specially Safat ,he helped us a lot ,and gave us his transportation card to use it when we're there . whenever I will go to Istanbul, I will plan to stay there. I recommended this place to anyone who love to stay in a quiet place with a wonderful area.

Really good location with quick access to all transportation modes you’d need, the studio was cozy and clean, and the host was really responsive and attentive. I enjoyed my stay here :)

Can't count the number of times we have stayed here. We brought two "seniors" with us and they loved the place.

Evin konumu güzel. İstiklal Caddesi’ne çok yakın. Yalnız yollar biraz yokuşlu. Ev çok güzel, eski bir bina. Fakat hemen okulun yanında olduğu için sesli oluyor. Sabah uyumayı tercih edenler için iyi olmayabilir. Genel anlamda temizdi, fakat ara sıra odaya yoğun bir sigara kokusu geliyordu. Zevkli döşenmiş, küçük ama kullanışlı bir evdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

I had a fantastic stay at Ra’s! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions from the host. The space itself was exactly as described, and even more beautiful in person. It was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed with cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to local attractions and great dining options. I particularly appreciated the Galataport,F train to Taksim &Tram which are just next to the location made the stay extra special. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, including providing great recommendations for nearby activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr groß und sauber. Ich denke nur, dass der Fernseher für das Zimmer zu klein war. Das einzige, was mich stört, ist, dass im Haus nicht viel Sonnenlicht hineinfällt. . Der Gastgeber wahr sehr hilfsbereit. Beim jeden probleme sofort reagiert und gelöst. Auf jedenfalls kann ich weiter empfehlen 👍
