Casa Tota - Heritage home with a Pool in Assagao

Casa Tota is a Portuguese style house that is approximately 150 years old. It has been lovingly restored and is furnished comfortably. There is a central courtyard, which houses the kitchen and dining areas and a decorative water feature in the middle. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The third bedroom can be configured as a twin room on request.There is also a lovely garden area with a shallow private pool in the back yard.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 baths, living room and a basic kitchen equipped with a frig, microwave, toaster, some silverware and dishes. The terrace and the master bedroom have a beautiful view of paddy fields. The community has its own pool. Room service is available from the nearby Nanu restaurant if needed. The Villa has 3 A/c bedrooms with cieling fans, 2 en-suite(attached bathrooms) bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with common washroom shared with a/c living room. All 3 bathrooms have hot water showers. Housekeeping is provided daily. Parking 1 covered porch & open space opposite the villa. Our Villa is suitable for families and couples.
