The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

Durham cottage is a charming 1200 sq. foot house located over a waterway in a beautiful, quiet and historic village. The sound of flowing water is lovely and relaxing. The cottage is a totally renovated house containing a living room, dining room, 1st floor bathroom, large fully outfitted kitchen with gas cooking, and a loft bedroom. Modern heating and A/C. An additional queen size bed can be set up downstairs, if needed. Must be requested in advance to allow for set up. Also a washer/dryer.
