A luxury shepherd hut set in its own paddock overlooking the Wye valley and the Black mountains, close to the town of Hay on Wye and the Brecon Beacons National Park. Within the hut is a well equipped kitchen, en suite bathroom and foldaway double bed. There is a wood burning stove ensuring comfortable warmth all year round. There will be a welcome basket containing tea ,coffee, sugar, milk, bread, jam ,and welsh cakes . There is an outside seating area with barbecue and fire pit

Cathedral-like window at gable end allows light to flood the contemporary barn conversion with view of fields and stream outside the door. Super-king bedroom on mezzanine with free-standing roll-top bath makes this a cozy, romantic retreat. Log burner for evenings in by the fire and part-covered patio ideal for bird watching and star gazing. Quiet retreat from the hectic pace of modern life.

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Open plan living/dining room with sofa bed. Kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, separate fridge & freezer, microwave and washing machine. 1 family bathroom. Off road parking for 1 car. Free on road parking too. Pets welcome - Builth Wells, Rhayader, and The Elan Valley are a 10-15 minute drive away
