Phenomenal stay, a throw back to when air b and b began. Host was very polite and responsive. The apartment was exceptionally clean and stocked as if someone genuinely lived in the space. More amenities than listed and expected. Directions, parking and entry instructions are clearly illustrated and very easy to follow. Nice ambiance and nice linens, good ac and heat. New washing machine- definitely a great place .

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Dinetia's place. There was a slight issue with our check-in but she communicated with us really well and once resolved, everything was smooth from there. The space was lovely and perfect for our little family visit. It was really well stocked with supplies and essentials to make it a comfortable stay. Great location.

My husband and I will definitely be booking with Santiago again! His place was super clean and had everything needed to feel right at home. He responded very quickly and was a great host!

Great place to stay for my husband and I during our trip to Santa Monica! It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Good location that was walking distance to the pier and the promenade. Included parking spot was a bonus.

Excellent host, very responsive. Pristine apartment with high end finishes and super comfortable beds. Well stocked with everything you need including plenty of bedding and towels. We had one small maintenance issue during our stay which was promptly resolved with no disruption to us. Great to have a parking spot in the building.

I stayed UB’s for a few days and throughly enjoyed it. It’s close to essential stores like Walgreens and a great coffee/plant shop called Good time coffee . It was a nice place and well maintained and clean.

Great little place near to the airport and the studios. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Bring your own shampoo/shower gel!

Location, location, location! Wonderful, spotless, and wonderful communication. Parking was perfect. Place is great. The shower takes a bit to warm. I could not get the local news which I like to have on when I travel and I could not find the WiFi. It's a great location but it's the city... so can be a bit noisy. But that is just the City... I used to live in the area... and comes with the Territory! DO NOT HESITATE AND BOOK THIS GEM!

This place looks like the pictures and it’s clean and worked really well for our crew. It’s a little hard to find the entrance so you have to follow the instruction she gives you really carefully. Also, the apartment is on a very busy street so the porch isn’t like a relaxing place to hang out and it’d be something. I would want to know if I was staying there with kids.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Sabrina. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très sympa. Très grand, bien équipé, et bien entretenu , il est à 10 minutes à pieds des commerces et restaurants, dans un quartier très agréable ! Il est à 20/30 minutes de tous les cites à voir de la ville ! Bref, je recommande ++++++ .

We had a great stay - the place was very nice and larger than I anticipated since it is 2 floors! We were just there in mid-April and pool was heated and the outdoor space was great too! A really nice place, close to lots of things and we appreciated the parking garage 👍

Maxime was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and attentive, often checking in to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. The space was exactly as described, with an absolutely incredible view of downtown Los Angeles. It was clean, quiet, and very cozy. Perfect for a guest or two. I would definitely stay here again. At night the view was just perfect. Access to the building gym was a highlight, plus with a heated pool and hot tub on the same level was the cherry on the cake.

Joy was very responsive and always gave clear and straightforward instructions. Her communication was very friendly and caring. We loved the place especially the beds are Very comfortable, the place is the right size for us to hang and the location is great. It is walkable to restaurants and 7mins drive to mother’s beach. Overall, we all loved it!

With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

Really clean apartment, spacious and equipped well. Conveniently located, just 15mins from airport, Venice Beach is close by. Overall a pleasant stay!

Artavazd's place was the perfect spot for our last week visiting LA! A short walk from the Glendale Galleria and Americana at Brand, so there are loads of eating and shopping options close-by. The kitchen is great for cooking, and the big TV and comfy couch make it a great place for staying in as well. Check-in and check-out were very easy (though self-check-in wasn't available), and Artavazd was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Anthonys pace, super clear communication from the get go. Very clean with all amenities you would need, would definitely recommend.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Everything as described. Great walkable location to Hollywood blvd. Safe neighborhood. The place was immaculate and wonderfully appointed. Would stay here again!
