It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. A beautifully renovated guest house tucked away in the heart of Hollywood, yet quiet and serene. Just a 10-minute walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese Theatre, Hollywood/Highland Metro, the Dolby Theatre - home of the Oscars - and iconic bars and restaurants. Set in a lush, jungle - like garden that feels worlds away from the city, with birdsong, aromas of blooms, and the occasional prancing of my ginger kitty Bella or black lab Teddy.
