On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

This private entrance beautiful basement apartment is within a 1/2 mile to several Beverly beaches. Downtown Salem is a 10 min drive. Downtown Beverly is about a 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk. Beverly offers great restaurants, cafe’s and brew pubs. Live entertainment at the Larcom, Cabot and North Shore music theater. Endicott College is 1 mile away. This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.
