Ev görsellerden cok daha güzeldi,çok güzel bir deneyim geçirdik. Fazlasıyla büyük bir ev,büyük arkadaş grupları veya aile ile konaklanabilmek icin gerçekten çok idealdi. İnanılmaz güzel bir manzara vardı. Konum çok rahat bulunabilecek bi yerdeydi. Huzurlu sessiz bir ortam sunuyordu. Ev sahibi Yavuz bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu,esneklik sağladı. Hızlı bir şekilde tüm sorularımız cevaplandı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

The place is perfectly located above the mall and stone throw away from Tuyap convention center. Perfect stay new place. Bassam was very responsive and great host

the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

It was an incredible stay at Mr. Sedat’s place. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the area. Mr. Sedat was really responsive and helpful during our stay, we didn’t have any problems, 5/5!

J’ai passé un merveilleux moment dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est chaleureux, professionnel et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le cadre est magnifique, calme, et idéal pour se détendre. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, varié et délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci pour cette belle expérience.

Emre was very kind and helpful. When I needed something he responded very quickly. The apartment was very clean and had everything that you could need. There is also a pool, gym and Turkish bath on site.

Burak Bey çok ilgili ev de fotoğraflardaki gibi. Temizlik çok iyiydi siz evinizi nasıl temizliyorsanız aynen öyle temizlenmiş diyebilirim. Konum metrobüse çok yakın, taksi vs bulmak da hiç zor değil. Cehennem sıcağına falan ulaştı oda bi ara ki airbnb kullananlar bilir bazen odayı asla ısıtamazsınız, soğutamazsınız hiç öyle bir problem yaşamadık. Biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da umarım diğer airbnb sahipleri gibi fahiş fiyatlara çekmezler gönül rahatlığıyla gelip kalınabilinir

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

تجربه جميلة و مريحه و آمنه ، منطقه جميله ، تسجيل دخول سلس ، قد تكون المنطقه تبعد نوعا عن الاماكن لكن بشكل عام رهيبه و هادئه ، السكن مناسب و كبير لو عدت الى اسطنبول سأقوم بحجزه مره اخرى

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

We had a great time at Nilufer's apartment, she is a great host! The place was clean and had everything we needed it (a kitchen chopper would be useful :))). Many shops and place to eat nearby the apartment. Easy access to the bus/metrobus (it takes 30-40 minutes to the historical center). The parking spot was so useful! It's difficult to find parking places around the building/ in Istanbul.

Very nice and well looked after apartment, great city views and the host Firat was very helpful whenever he was needed. Look forward to staying at this place again.

The apartment was very clean , lovely shower and two good sized bedrooms. It felt like a very safe neighborhood which was important to us as we were travelling by motorcycle. Although a little out of the centre but was easy to get the number 50 bus to the middle. Highly recommended.
