Biesanz Beach : locations de vacances en appartement

This is a very nice apartment in a secure complex with on site parking. We appreciated the friendly helpful staff! The pool is lovely, and the complex is just a short walk from the beach. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. I would recommend this property to others.

A taste of nature for sure. Birds and monkeys right off the front porch, and just far enough removed from the city that it was literally in a little jungle valley. Probably amazing in the rainy season when the little river behind the property is flowing. Very peaceful, and the land lady on the premises was always there for help.

We had a four- week stay at Rhonda’s condo. It was neat and clean, the A/C works well, and condo had all the amenities you might need, plus many extras in the kitchen and bath ( fully stocked spices, extra towels, beach towels, hampers, coffee filters, everything you might want for cooking and kitchenware; full First Aid Kit, cleaning supplies, umbrellas, you name it). In short, we felt like we were actually staying in someone’s well- stocked home, not a sparsely appointed apartment with 4 mugs, 4 forks, 1 baking sheet. Plenty of space, washer/ dryer so useful and worked well; the outdoor space in back was a handy refuge to have; barbecued a lot of dinners. Condo is good value for money and it is not pristine- a few things inside and the back outdoor area need some attention. But absolutely great value for money and a friendly, always helpful host. Pool and outdoor common spaces amazing to have; the condo community was welcoming. We’d come back in a minute!

AMAZING! If I could rate this a 10/10 I would. The place is even more magical in person. Super clean, everything exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single item that you need. The bed is super comfortable. The washer works great and he even had a bike for me to get around. The beach is literally a few steps away, and the pool is also more beautiful in person. The view to the backyard is magical, in the evenings it’s peaceful and during the day you’ll see monkeys, black squirrels, all kinds of birds and parrots!!! Honestly, the gardeners are so kind and respectful, they felt like family. I didn’t want to leave because it’s truly a magical place. Super simple to get around, and if you’re looking for privacy, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights. This is your place! Thanks Alex the place was beyond my expectation.

Excelente alojamiento, la relación calidad precio es inigualable, es tal cual se ve en las fotos y hasta mejor, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y mantiene fresco el ambiente y si quieres más pueden complementar con el ventilador, cocina dotada, baño limpio, todo impecable y cómodo , muy cerca de todo, Kensy y Karen son muy amables y siempre estuvieron atentos, muy recomendable , repetiría sin dudar.

Todo perfecto, excelente ubicación muy cerca de la playa, tal cual lo descrito!

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

Le logement était super , proche de tout :) belle vue et pouvons marcher jusqu’à la plage ! Plusieurs piscine de disponible Je recommande. Noté que l’eau de douche n’est pas chaude mais ça rafraîchit;p

Es un bello apartamento frente a una playa con seguridad y guardavidas . Tomas tus comidas con el sonido del mar . El apartamento está precioso con muebles de muy buena calidad y las camas estuvieron deliciosas para un descanso perfecto. Tienen juegos de mesa y hasta sillas de playa , bola , buggies. Le doy un 200/100! Solo tener en cuenta que el mar es de cuidado y si eres amante de estar dentro del agua en las olas , mejor te desplazas a alguna zona cercana como Manuel Antonio que queda muy cerca . Eso hicimos y nos encantó lo cerca que estábamos y volver a un apartamento tan acogedor al final de un día de playa ! Volveré sin lugar a duda . Además Eduardo fue sumamente amable con el ingreso !

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die außen Küche mit dem Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jeden Morgen konnten wir tucane von dort aus beobachten. Die Ansprechpartneri n Itza war sehr lieb und immer sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und Michael war immer gut erreichbar!

Maravilloso lugar! Y la anfitriona super atenta. Encontramos el lugar perfectamente limpio y ordenando. Definitivamente volveremos!

La casa es muy bonita y amplia, todo muy limpio y ordenado, a 6 minutos en carro de Quepos, se necesita vehículo para movilizarse con facilidad, una muy buena decisión quedarnos acá, Luis Fernándo, no s colaboro siempre que lo solicitamos. Esperamos volver pronto!.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

Excelente lugar para ir de vacaciones, ya la segunda ovación que nos hospedamos con Romelia y sin duda siempre es una gran experiencia, es una gran anfitriona, pocos lugares para vacacionar son como este. 💯

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Affen toben regelmäßig durch die Anlage, viele andere Tiere sind zu sehen. Für uns war es eine Art Dschungelkino. Das Haus an sich ist geräumig, gut klimatisierbar und sehr sauber. In der Anlage kann man sich sehr sicher fühlen. Gigi hat auf kleinere Probleme sofort reagiert und geholfen.

Loved the Villa Atardecer. It was a beautiful villa with every amenity you could want for a vacation. The location was good with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Donnelle and Tara were responsive to every question I had and fixed an issue immediately. The elevator was an issue at times, but was fixed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The balcony is the star attraction with comfortable seating and sunbathing lounge chairs. The wildlife is a nonstop attraction. Squirrel Monkeys, Howler Monkeys, Iguanas , Tuscans, Macaw and parrots abound. Such fun watching all the animals. It was an easy location for pickup by the tour vans too. I highly recommend this Villa.

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

The Shana is a great resort and Kent’s place was wonderful. Everything was so clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We loved to sit and relax in the rocking chairs and watch the mischievous capuchin monkeys get into everything at the resort. So much space in this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely come back.

Precioso departamento duplex. Dentro de una villa muy tranquila con piscina. Full equipado. Lo recomiendo!!

I found Carrie & Taylor's place and wasn't sure which part of town this was around in Costa Rica. Turns out Bejuco is right in the middle of everything. it's the PERFECT spot to stay. I've been to Costa Rica three times so far and Carrie & Taylor's place has been my favorite. We witnessed Macaws, Sloths, Iguanas, and much more. The condos are very quiet and peaceful. This is NOT a party area, but it is an area to have a great time with your family or friends. You have the perfect beach front view and short walk to it. There's also a pool in case you don't want to swim in the beach-You can go right out of the condos and visit Parrita or go left and visit Jaco. I was so impressed with our condo's location. On top of the location, the condo was spic and span! Super clean and set up so cute! I don't have enough nice things to say about Carrie and Taylor. If I had any questions at all they answered me immediately! Definitely worth the stay!
