Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. While having an isolated feel, it has a/c, WiFi, dvd and firestick tv. Five miles from Corning's attractions, 20 min. to Elmira, and 35 min. from Watkins Glen and Finger Lakes. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area opens to a 12x28 deck overlooking the pond. Peaceful beauty, water, tall pines, maple trees and wildlife sightings make it hard to leave!

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.
