Free launch ramp with parking 1/2 mile away along with day use beaches within a 5 minute drive, including another launch ramp with large human and separate dog beaches. Plenty of parking! On March 9th 2026, address will show after booking. Please don't disturb guests or step onto the property.

Whether you are a snow bird wanting to get away from the harsh winter, or are a "River Person" our home has you covered. The home is right on the river with a dock to park your boat and two jet skis. Private launch with passes included let's you get on and out of the water fast. Winter fun includes riding All Terrain vehicles right out of the park; you can explore ghost towns, old mines, and even get to the "Desert Bar" directly from our home using off road paths.

The Round House

This awesome Round House has been completely renovated and is ready for your river experience. Whether you ride in the desert or cruise the river all day, Big River has it all. Tons of secure parking for cars and trailers alike. Take off in your UTV, Motorcycles or quads right from the house and straight into the desert. A block and a half the other direction and you're at the public launch and Community Park for Big River.
