Opusite se na našem balkonu uz moderan jacuzzi uz čašu pjenušca i pogledom prema zvijezdama. Aqua park Dalmaland se nalazi 3 minute autom od našeg apartmana, a Zadar 25 minuta automobilom. Apartman je kompletno opremljen : klima, frižider sa zamrzivačem, pećnica, perilica rublja, perilica posuđa, max tv, Netflix, HBO, wifi itd...U samoj blizini od 100 metara nalazi se plaža Dražica koja je ujedno i najljepša plaža Biograda, te je dobila plavu zastavu za najljepše plaže Jadrana. Oko nas su također i brojne trgovine, kafići, restorani, banke i sve ostalo.
