This modern apartment takes up the entire first floor of a 1905 historic storefront building. Just one block from downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery store are all within walking distance. The Great Room boasts 14-foot ceilings, fireplace, reclining sofas, billiard table and dining for 6-8. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry round out this luxurious three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Welcome to my cute little Kansas getaway. This home will keep you comfortable while visiting the very special town of St. Francis. It has a very comfortable living room, a bedroom with a queen bed and large closet, a nice little updated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the main floor. A 2nd bedroom with 2 full size beds and a washer/dryer are on the lower level. This home is only one block away from Main Street shopping, coffee, dining, a movie theatre, and a world-class Motorcycle museum.

It is furnished with a double bed and futon on the lower level and a twin bed in the loft. The loft is accessible via a pull-down ladder. A mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave available. No wifi or TV, a playground nearby, three blocks from a small grocery store that serves meals, but the days and times vary with the seasons.
