Grab a coffee and experience the beauty of the water from the 50' deck or down on the beach next to a warm fire. End the day decompressing in the private sauna. -20 min to Mackinaw City, 10 min to downtown Cheboygan.

175ft Waterfront on Black Lake with 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and float mat. Fish from the dock, listen to the waves while reading, and absorb the sun. At night, watch the stars as you roast marshmallows around a campfire and sip a beverage. Large remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 5 beds, sleeper sofa, deck, firepit, windows galore, pool table, washer/dryer, and up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee). Saturday to Saturday rental from June 20-August 22. Bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor.

There is a public beach and boat launch access to the north, and the Onaway State Park is within walking distance to the south which also has beach and boat launch access and plenty of trails to hike. It is a short drive to Black Mountain recreational area for your hiking, ATVing, or snowmobiling adventures. Black Lake golf club is a 6-minute drive and Ocqueoc Falls is a 14-minute drive.

We have a dock for boating, fishing, swimming, or just relaxing. We also have a canoe and kayaks for guests. We also have a fire pit.

The Comfort Water House is the perfect place to curl up with a book and listen to the waves, or splash in the lake on a hot day. The yard is well maintained, so help yourself to the outdoor games we have provided or take the kayaks out and watch the sunset. Guests are sure to feel at home with access to the fully stocked house. We take pride in our home and offer a clean and minimalistic space.
