175ft Waterfront on Black Lake with 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and float mat. Fish from the dock, listen to the waves while reading, and absorb the sun. At night, watch the stars as you roast marshmallows around a campfire and sip a beverage. Large remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 5 beds, sleeper sofa, deck, firepit, windows galore, pool table, washer/dryer, and up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee). Saturday to Saturday rental from June 20-August 22. Bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor.

It is a short drive to Black Mountain recreational area for your hiking, ATVing, or snowmobiling adventures. Black Lake golf club is a 6-minute drive and Ocqueoc Falls is a 14-minute drive.
