Lovely apartment, spacious and close to shops and food places, lovely area, and host had quick responses

Perfect for a few days in Manchester for the Marathon. Was about a 15 min walk to and from the City Centre or a 5 min walk to the Bus stop for a 5 min ride in. Had secured car park, with dedicated space, so I just left the car there all weekend. The was a folder left with loads of information of local history, which was fascinating to read. Up on 11th floor, the views were nice too in the distance. My only gripe was there was no plug for a long soak in the bath, which I was looking forward to after running the marathon 😂😂

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

The apartment was large, clean and well furnished. The stairs( a lot of them!) leading up to the apartment were a little tired and there was a strong musty smell outside the entrance to the room, but we put that down to the age of the building. Laura's instructions were clear and everything was spot on. A lovely location very close to Clitheroe and a lovely part of the country to visit. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would book again.

Gorgeous apartment, clean, tidy and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking next to the building. Nice quiet location but still close to the centre. The host was great and always responsive. Thank you would love to come back!

I have just returned from a 2 night stay in Preston. My friend and I were attending a conference at the University of Lancashire and this place is in the university quarters. Easy self checking, secure parking spot, walking distance from the station. The apartment was spotless, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a nice touch of welcome goodies! If I am ever in Preston again, this is where I will be staying!

A wonderful host. Extermely helpful and friendly. As a single woman on a work trip I was unfamiliar with my surroundings. Oves was incredibly flexible, friendly and offered to assist with as much as possible. The flat was easy to find and as described. It felt cozy and was a home away from home for a few days. Nicest host I have met!

Michelle provided just what we wanted for our overnight stay. A good location for our trip to Preston and easy to find. Very helpful with parking and a lovely breakfast.

A great place to relax, huge living rooms and bedrooms, neat and tidy, worth the money. Would definitely choose this place again. I would recommend this cosy place. Images are not much clear, but far more than what you pay. A lovely place to relax.

The place is just as shown in the photos (though the arrangement of some items has changed—for example, the bed and closet are in different spots—but everything shown is there, and even more. The TV, for instance, is not visible in the photos). It’s a small room, but it has everything you might need—Tracy really thought of everything. At first, we had some issues with the shower, but Tracy quickly explained how to fix it, and it was resolved right away. For the price we paid, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic host, full use of kitchen and bathroom. Made you feel welcome, easy access, use of driveway. Very comfy bed. Would recommend

We had a fantastic one night stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the large living room space and high ceilings in each room. Also the thoughtful special touches including welcome message and snacks. Comfy beds, shower was great and we also enjoyed having a smart TV in each of the rooms. Perfect central location, would highly recommend staying here if visiting Clitheroe!

This is a return visit for us - as always, Nicola is really responsive and helpful, flexible and thoughtful. The property is perfect for our needs, clean, well-stocked and well located. A comfortable bed (we've only tried one of the two!) in a nice and spacious flat.

It was a wonderful place to stay with my family,very good for famiies and child friendly.

Most lovely stay! Place is absolutely fabulous, exceeding expectations, hospitality was incredible, had the warmest welcome from Alister who showed us round and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back would recommend to anyone who wants to book. Thanks again for all your hospitality!

The perfect place for a night stay or longer! Me, my partner and dog stayed for one night and it was great! Parking, comfy bed and a garden to let the dog out! Would definitely come back!
