Charming Bolthole with Patio, & a Stroll from the Beach
Escape to the beach and explore the delights of the Devonshire south coast. This self-contained bolthole has its own entrance and patio. Bright orange prints lift an otherwise neutral palette with solid wood floors, wooden cladding in the bedroom, and natural upholstery. The Annexe has a well equipped open plan living/kitchen/dining area with combination oven/grill/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Dualit kettle, fridge freezer, double electric hob, kitchenware, and utensils. Large, comfortable sofa with SKY television, DVD player, Wii, bluetooth speaker, magazines, books and games. There is a small but stylish bedroom with standard 4'6" double bed chest of drawers and dressing table. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, basin unit, toilet and underfloor heating. Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Free wifi and electric heating throughout. There is a small private courtyard for "The Annexe" with table & chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the morning sunshine. The sofa in living area can be set up as a bed, charged at an extra £10 per night, including bed linen and towels. (please note it is not a "sofa bed" but a large sofa approximately the size of a standard single bed with the back cushions removed) Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are also provided. Guests come up a private driveway to the rear of our house, and in through our back garden gate, and then The Annexe is immeidately to the left. Guests are given access to a key safe in their own private courtyard and have their own separate entrance to The Annexe. There is an allocated private parking space for The Annexe about 20 yards away in a private car park (less than 1-minute walk) and cycle storage if required. "The Annexe" is a completely self-contained detached property but very close to our house, effectively in our garden, so although you are completely separate and left to enjoy your stay in privacy, we are usually not too far away should you have any questions, and are always happy to help if we can! Stoke Fleming is a friendly, peaceful Devon village close to beautiful Blackpool Sands (a short walk down the hill). It has a fantastic pub (The Green Dragon), a popular restaurant (Radius 7), a park, village shop & post office open daily, and a hotel (stoke Lodge) open to non-residents which has both an indoor and outdoor pool. A car is advisable in the South Hams, but there is a regular bus service (no.3) from the village to Dartmouth and along the coast road to Kingsbridge and onwards to Plymouth. The nearest train station is Totnes (approx 20-30 mins by car/taxi) and the fast train is 2 hours 47 mins to London Paddington and 3 hours to Birmingham New Street. There are lots of maps, guide books and visitor information provided. The bedroom of "The Annexe" backs onto our garden so in the warmer months we are likely to be out there in the day enjoying the sunshine (we hope!) or having an evening BBQ but we would try to keep noise to a minimum and would not be out there after 10pm. "The Annexe" is close to the village church (you look out onto it from the bedroom window) and the church bells do chime regularly on the quarter hour, so if you are a very light sleeper this may disturb you, and may not be the property for you. We will accept very well-behaved dogs but they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. They cannot be left unattended in "The Annexe" at any time. The House at Creekside is situated overlooking The River Dart and Dartmouth. Five minutes walk into the Village of Kingswear. There are 3 Bedrooms . 3 Luxurious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and no 3 Ensuite , Egyptian Cotton Linen.Extra charges apply after 2 Guests. The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . Plenty of private Deck and terrace spaces.

A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.
