Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Head out of the garden gate and you’ll enter Ringwood Forest with a cycle trail, Moors Valley Country Park, a golf course and a lake. A 5min drive will take you to the historic market town of Ringwood. Go east and you’ll hit the beautiful New Forest National Park or head south to the sandy beaches of Bournemouth.

Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

One of 3 recently converted stables all named after breeds of horses. New Forest,, our medium size holiday cottage with large double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath. A large bedroom looks out over the rear paddocks and its own patio, with table, chairs and its own hot tub. Kitchen with open plan lounge diner. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout. The front courtyard has table and chairs and overlooks the yard. Private parking. Very peaceful and quiet.
