Our place has many amenities with the comforts of home such as free wifi, firepit,breakfast nook on the front patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dishwasher, etc. We look forward to your visit with us.

Come relax and recharge at The Perch on the Pond, the best kept secret on the Cumberland Plateau! The Perch is a completely remodeled 3 bed/2 bath private home which sleeps 4 people maximum. We are a Pet Friendly retreat on a 13 acre private fishing lake which is restocked year round with catfish, bass, bluegill, crappie. We provide Kayaks and Paddleboards for guests. We are located on Dayton Mountain between Dayton and Pikeville and within an hours drive of Chattanooga and Crossville.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Rockholt River house is one level sitting on 2 level acres with a fenced back yard on the beautiful Hiwassee River in Georgetown, TN with its own Dock! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Best of small town river life with all conveniences like Wifi. We are only a few miles from a Grocery Store, a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) and BnB Marina. Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation!

A quiet, private mini-farm retreat designed for couples looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors—pets welcome. Enjoy open space, fresh air, and a peaceful setting where you may see the mini cows grazing and wandering nearby or the ducks swimming in the pond. This is a relaxed, comfortable space, best suited for guests who want privacy, nature, and a slower pace. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Due to livestock, dogs must be leashed outside at all times for everyone’s safety.

Unplug & unwind in a small cabin in a rural setting near our other guest house, minutes from stores & area attractions ie state parks, the 127 yard sale and hang gliding. Please note there’s no Wi-Fi or cable tv at this time but we provide a tv/DVD player and DVDs. Pine ceiling & tiled shower - bear in mind that the water heater is also tiny to fit the space (5 gallons). A twin size air mattress is available upon request. 240 sq ft - kitchenette, a bathroom & full size bed.
