Stayed with Alexis for one night for a wedding in Newport. The location was easy to get to and she graciously allowed us to check in early when I realized check in didn’t start until we had to leave for the wedding! Very friendly and welcoming and knows the area very well to offer suggestions of things to do in the area!

Rose was wonderful. So accommodating. Made sure I had my favorite morning beverage. Room was clean and beautiful. I am quiet and she respected my space. Fantastic location to visit my daughter at Brown. So many restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Easy parking. Highly recommend!

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. Dianne was very responsive, met me at check in, and showed me around. The space is so much larger than it looks in the posting. It feels like a small apartment rather than a spare room. The area is quiet, and a short drive to stores and restaurants. I walked down to the beach, and it was also very peaceful. Please note that the walk to the beach is down a dirt road that cuts through some woods. I would recommend walking shoes and not flip flops. Overall, I loved my stay and highly recommend Dianne's place!

We spent two nights with Rick and enjoyed our stay. You're renting a room in a quaint old complex of three or four old buildings converted to hotels. You can hear people walking the halls, but we did not hear anyone in their rooms. There is no "front desk", per se. If no one is at the Cleveland House office when you arrive, you call a number posted on the office door, and someone from the staff will arrive shortly to check you in. Every staff member we met was pleasant and welcoming as was Rick. We were offered our choice of three rooms. The staff member was happy to walk us around to the different buildings to show the options and answer our questions about each. The rooms are clean and simple; there is a chair or two and a small table, plus a closet and dresser. These rooms are to be slept in, not stayed in for the day. After two days of walking and seeing all Newport had, it was perfect for us to sleep. The quiet street was as safe and short walk to Thames Street.

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

John's bed and breakfast / the Candlelight Inn is a wonderful experience. The room was clean, beautifully kept and just as advertised. I would highly recommend this stay and shelter island in general, as there are many beautiful beaches, stores and restaurants all 5-10 minutes away. The final night of our stay ended with our eating dinner on the porch with fireflies and other guests. We even snagged some furniture from the thrift store across the street!

Jayne was beyond accomodating. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door. The amount of care and love taken on this home is unmatched. We loved lounging in the yard and reading, enjoying breakfast on the patio (including fresh tomatoes from the garden!). An absolute haven.

The place was nice, easy to find and get into, we were greeted by Rob, one of the hosts and he was very nice and helpful. I waffled for a while over rating this a 3 or 4 for value, but 5 for everything else. I say 3.5 for value because it seemed much smaller than pictured. Not much space to move around the bed. Any standard hotel room is much bigger than this. The bathroom was very nice though, and they had cream and sugar for us coffee lovers.

What an amazing stay! From start to finish, this was a lovely experience. Jeffrey and Christine were very responsive and communicated with us prior to our stay to make sure we knew where to park and how to access our accommodations. The house is warm and comfortable and we were so happy with our rooms and the lovely bathrooms. There is also a wonderful sitting room on the first floor. They provided complimentary beverages and a delicious breakfast each morning. We had to leave quite early one morning and they even put out some grab-and-go selections for us. They really went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay. The house is quite close to URI and other RI attractions. Thank you, Jeffrey and Christine for being such gracious hosts!

Brilliant! Our stay was everything I needed and more. The house and amenities were perfect for the trip and no matter the time or the request, they took care of everything. We had some amazing conversations and the lemon cupcakes are to die for!! thanks for everything

This is the place to stay if visiting Providence! Such a warm and inviting vibe and the hosts are marvelous. The morning breakfast is such a sweet and thoughtful touch. A fabulous experience.

We stayed at Nicole’s for a wedding in Sturbridge. They had no issue letting us check in early, easy check in and a lovely property. Lots of Halloween movies were on cable which reminded us of being kids :) Easy drive to Sturbridge, I’m so glad we chose her place because it was spacious and private and probably 1/5 the cost of staying in town. She has everything you need for a short stay! Plus the goats and chickens are very sweet. Thanks very much.

I’m so grateful to have found Grace Note Farm Inn & B&B. I had a wedding in Chepachet only 10 min. away and I definitely did want to stay in a hotel or motel, too impersonal. I made a 4 day vacation out of it and I’m glad I did because I’m an outdoor enthusiast and a 75 yo horsewoman so this place was my cup of tea! Virginia is also a horsey person so we had similar war stories to tell. The Inn is quite and relaxing and borders Conservation land. I slept so soundly all three nights and the best part is I was able to avoid the family drama and enjoy my nephew’s wedding well rested! Also Virginia makes incredible blueberry pancakes and banana bread…I will definitely return for an R&R vacation and explore more hiking trails and try out some kayaking…#hiddengem

My daughter and I fell in love with the Dragonfly Inn. We are huge Gilmore Girls fans, so that was our initial draw, but our expectations were exceeded before we even arrived. The hosts are so communicative and we were made to feel right at home. The property is far enough from the hustle and bustle that you can truly relax but close enough that its a quick trip to local attractions. The Inn and its surrounding property are beautiful and we were even able to peek in to see the horses! We’re already discussing with our family to visit again soon!

This was the second time I stayed at Sara’s place. As always, Sara is a gracious host. Her location is seaside rural, but not too far from the city. I’ve already rebooked with her for June.

Beautiful, clean house, great decor. Dogs were a little barky but they stopped after you were out of their line of hearing/sight. Charles is a great host and I'd definitely stay again

Linley and her husband were wonderful hosts. Their place is a hidden gem in a great location in Sag Harbor. It's like a little oasis with a beautiful view of the bay, birds and sunsets. I stayed in the first floor room with the en suite bathroom. It was a nice size, large closet, comfortable bed, updated bathroom and mini fridge. The house is cozy and the outdoor space is so peaceful. Added bonus, a wonderful breakfast spread each morning. I can't say enough good things about how friendly and accommodating Linley and her husband, Capt Hagan are. They make you feel right at home. This will be my go to place to stay the next time I visit Sag Harbor.

This property and its location in the Hamptons is perfect. And Monika goes long past the extra mile to make you feel properly “hosted”. Beyond that, the AirBnB review character limit prevents me from doing justice to how truly extraordinary Monika is as a host or how equally wonderful the property is to experience. Sufficed to say, this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had anywhere, period, full stop. We will absolutely be back.

We stayed here recently because we had a trip at the casino planned. We felt right at home. Rooms were cozy and comfortable very clean. John was accommodating knowledgeable and very responsive. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Next time we plan on going up to the casino and spending the night, we would book again. Yes, girl.
