Elaine’s airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was situated on the second story of their home with a separate, easy access entrance. Upon entering you are treated with a beautifully decorated, well furnished , living room with a large bay window at one end. When you get closer and look out, you are overwhelmed by a spectacular view of the Narragansett Bay. You are so close, if you listen carefully, you can hear the lapping waves. In the morning, the room is filled with the glorious morning sun. The large main bedroom is equally well decorated and has an equally beautiful view of the bay. The smaller second bedroom is fully functional but does not have the view. The apartment had a one fully functional bathroom and a small but updated well equipped kitchen with everything you needed except a dishwasher. No room. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Elaine and Richard and would loved to stay with them again if we return to Wickford.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Love the apartment and the location. Had a peaceful stay.

This was my 6th year staying with Carolyn, in 3 different units. Carolyn is professional, and accommodating. I love the decorations, but the apartment is not cluttered, but the details are thoughtfully provided. Onset is my hometown so I am not impartial about the location. She responds promptly to questions and needs and checks in but does not hover. Carolyn is an excellent host and I am always happy to support her business.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. From the directions Jennifer gave us, we were able to find and get into the apartment easily. Also, it was a great location. It was about maybe a 7–10 minute walk to all the restaurants and the downtown area, and we were really close to the College Hill area. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this place and definitely rebook!

This is a fantastic location, walkable to everything in Newport. Parking is included and that is a huge benefit. The rental is ideal for a single person or a couple, and makes for an easy and convenient way to experience all that Newport has to offer. I would recommend without hesitation, and hope to be back again soon!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time !!! Dave and Diana are great hosts everything was better than expected. They let us know that the apartment was ready for an early check in ( we really appreciated that) Such a comfortable home with a beautiful view!!!! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so easy living there we didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit our grandchildren and having them over to the lake was perfect!!! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the house was stocked with beach towels, bug spray , sunscreen and snacks. Kudos Diana for thinking of everything👍 The grandchildren give the place a 5 star review and are calling it " our lake house" We only wish 😃 Thank you for sharing this wonderful place we hope to return again.

Jim’s place was great, with plenty to see in the area. We ended up spending most of the time enjoying the little beach and kayaks. Very cute house with plenty of room and we’ll stocked kitchen. The grill made for a perfect Labor Day cookout looking out at the water. Would stay again.

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

A happy annual reunion weekend with friends. This was a great spot that was comfortable and clean and had all the conveniences we needed. We even got so lucky with the weather to be able to use the deck looking out onto the water. Good times.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

Comfortable house with nice layout downstairs. Beautiful view. Love the 2 decks and water front space. Very peaceful to drink coffee in the AM looking at the water. Rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lucy quickly responds to questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place. It was a perfect little getaway where we could unwind & just enjoy the scenery. We came in town to visit our Son who is a Freshman at Nichols College. We had some cold weather & rain but, we took full advantage of the firepit & sat out by the water enjoying the view. There were lots of things to do on the water that we can hopefully do when we visit again in warmer weather. This place was a wonderful spot for us to unwind & spend time with our boy! Andrew & Lora were super responsive & helpful for all of our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Highly recommend this gem by the water!

We had the pleasure of staying at Alan's place over Labor Day weekend and it did not disappoint. It was a beautiful setting right across from the water with a dock and walking distance to the town beach , where there are also walking paths along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the expansive front porch watching the birds and fishermen. We rented kayaks from the place around the corner. The house is very charming. There are many nooks and crannies to sit and relax and to enjoy the outdoor scenery. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The beds were comfortable with two bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. You can access the house from the back where it is only one step in and you are on the main level of the home which is really upstairs. The kitchen is more than adequate with upgraded appliances. Alan was a perfect host/ always available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!

I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Absolutely wonderful stay and host. I've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs and this is one of my favorites! Doug's place is even better in person than the photos. We were a little nervous taking our first trip away with our baby, but it was extremely clean and comfortable, and Doug was so kind and responsive. The condo complex has a lovely boardwalk for taking walks, and the deck furniture was so comfortable to lounge in and take in the beautiful view. We hope to be back!

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

Highly recommended!!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Scott’s condo! It was private and quaint so much so that we felt right at home! The front porch was wonderful to sit and say our hellos and speak to people! It is on a main road so lots of interactions and of course where there is people there is noise but even that was lovely! We walked everywhere mostly as everything from restaurant’s to shops right at our finger tips! Scott was great and all that was provided for us was quite amazing! We just shopped for food as we did cook a few times as well as ate out. We will definitely be back to stay again!!!

This is the second time we stay at Zachary’s listing on Thanksgiving Parade day. We are hoping to make it a tradition as his place is luxurious, well outfitted with wonderful furnishings and an AMAZING location! Zachary was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend staying with him again!

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
