It is also close to Lake Monroe, Lake Lemon, Griffy Lake and Brown County for those nature lovers. Come make this your "Home Away" for work, an outdoor adventure, an IU game or to visit IU. Our uniquely spacious Town Queen Suite; this two-level townhouse boasts a queen bed and full bath upstairs, along with a living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette with a stove top and half bath on the lower floor. You will have one suite in this duplex style building that has 2 suites with separate entrances and no shared indoor space. Non-refundable Pet fee = $50 plus taxes. Credit card authorization of $150 required for incidentals.

Amazing Main House-Townhome (unit #1) on Lake Monroe. 1600 sq ft home has 3.5 bedrooms, a mini library, 2 full baths, private trails on 5 acres, This is our Family home that has been part of our family for over 20 years. The house can be rented as the whole unit that sleeps 12 OR just the Main House which sleeps 7. Please note: The Main House rental is a TOWNHOME unit. Dock slip not available with vacation rental.
