You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

There are no street lights, noisy neighbours or loud cars - just the beauty of the Australian bush, with its spectacular native birdlife and ever-restful sound of the sea below. Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

Set in native gardens adjoining bushland, "Haus Ooray" was architecturally designed as a tranquil stylish retreat. Catch glimpses of the Lakes, while in bed, or BBQing on the deck, sitting by the fire pit or in the Cabana, beside a creek. Enjoy local beaches, villages and cafés, paddle on Narrabeen Lakes or explore Sydney, Manly, Garigal and Kuringai Chase National Parks. Mountain bikers have direct access to local mountain bike trails.
