Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Régi műemlék épületben, nagy belmagasságú polgári lakás, stílusosan berendezve, minden kényelemmel. Belvárosi saját parkolós apartman, közvetlen kapcsolattal a sétáló utcára, 100 m-re a vártól, 200 m-re a strandtól, éttermek, szórakozó helyek, kávézók, bárok között. Ideális családoknak 1 vagy 2 gyermekkel, pároknak. A szállás 4 felnőtt részére nem igazán alkalmas, mivel az egyik ágy csak egy kihúzható kanapé. Az apartman csak teakonyhával rendelkezik, ami főzésre nem alkalmas.

You'll enjoy being together while nature, and the trees, which are in reach of your arm, they show you a different face every season. On summer it's cooler than in the hot city, the autumn is simply beautiful, and - surprise - the grey winter fog is even more beautiful by the side of the tiled stove. Go for a hike nearby, then cook a dinner together, and finish the day in the sauna!
