Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay - located close to the seafront and a nice walk into town. A clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and nicely furnished flat, we would like to stay again on our next trip to Worthing. Highly recommend.

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

We visited Southsea for very sad reasons, it was my father-in-laws cremation so we needed somewhere close to Mum-in-law and having a wheelchair user with us meant finding a flat with little or no stairs. The garden flat was simply perfect for all of our needs with a beautiful, little outside patio that was a delightful sun trap. With everything at hand to make an emotional visit as easy as possible, I would thoroughly recommend Mark’s place. Its location is perfect for getting around Portsmouth and Southsea and we felt completely at home. Thanks, Kay, Kevin and Terry.

Great place

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place and Rob is a fantastic host. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and he’s the most attentive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had.

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

We had a lovely stay here. Well situated for all that we wanted to do whilst in Ferring(visiting friends nearby) Comfortable beds. It was a cosy home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thankyou!

The house was beautiful and the way it has been furnished was gorgeous! llian put up a birthday sign for me which was so cute. The kids loved it too. It was in a great location and would definitely come back again. Clear instructions and the place was immaculate. The only thing I would say is, because our house back at home is a new build, they are naturally warmer than a traditional built house, so it was cold. But the weather was bitter than usual that weekend. We did have to use the heating. It’s not a complaint but if visiting in the winter, just bring some layers for the evening. Xx
