Guaranteed free parking for ONE vehicle is included in your stay, either on our driveway - small to medium-size - or on-street for larger vehicle (permit provided).

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

Bosham A self contained en suite room, self chk in

We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.

Cosy yet spacious, The Lodge is a private, self-catering two-bedroom apartment with two double bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 1–4 adults. With its own entrance, self check-in and free off-road parking, it’s a peaceful base for exploring beautiful Arundel. Arundel Castle, the historic town, shops, cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance. Please note: cats live on the premises but are not allowed in The Lodge. We do not accommodate children or pets.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in a converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.
