This is a modern, newly decorated apartment overlooking the coastal walking road that leads to the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni Rat. It's on the ground floor of a house along with a beautiful garden, a comfy patio and both southern and western terrace. Inside there is a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.There is a possibility to rent out both floors of the house (suitable for 8 to 10 people) on request. This apartment is fresh renovated this year! Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple, or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is placed 20/25 minutes walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5km/2km walking distance.
