It is located just 70 metres away from the beach. Free parking is included on the premises for a duration of your stay. You can see the sea directly from your bed and you can enjoy the sunshine or watch the stars on a huge balcony. Property also comes with the air-conditioning and its a climate friendly with solar panels as well.

Villa Grammy is 200m away from Paklina Beach and 500m away from the famous Zlatni Rat Beach. You have full privacy because it’s surrounded by nature. Mi smo mala četveročlana obitelj koja živi u kući na 3 kata sa 7 modernih, potpuno opremljenih apartmana. Ovaj apartman je odvojena zgrada smještena odmah iznad naše privatne plaže. Imamo privatnu plažu (samo za naše goste i obitelj) i uz nju osiguravamo prirodnu vodu, tuševe, struju, roštilj, ostavu za plažne potrepštine, kao i 2 veza za čamce. Nalazimo se u mjestu Pisak, mirnom mjestu bez stresa, stvorenom za opuštanje i obiteljski odmor.

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Our holiday house is located right on the coast of the secluded bay on the island of Brač, just above the beach. The house holds all the facilities of a regular house but it's surrounded by beautiful nature and sea. It's close to Pučišća - a small town with shops, restaurants and coffee bars. It's perfect for a peaceful runaway that can turn into a full day of island cruising anytime you choose to do so.
