Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Beachfront Oasis

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Beach house heaven on corner minutes to Disneyland

All rooms are equipped with a king size beds with linens and pillows except for the master bedroom it has a lush cal king size bed. Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen. The home also has a entertainment/den room with a bar and 75 inch television. Great for additional guest to lounge around with additional privacy. STR-2023-0020
