Discover Foreverwater, our cottage by the creek, nestled on 17 wooded acres beside Barren Fork Creek minutes from Leipers Fork Village with direct access to the historic dirt path back roads of eastern Hickman County, Lyles TN. This writer's retreat was once home to guitar maker and author, R. O. Barton (The Tucker Novels). Rest easy within this natural stone berm house inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright with easy access to I-840; central to Franklin, Fairview, Dickson; 45 minutes west of Nashville.

The Cabin at Ola's Retreat

The Cottage at Ola's Retreat is a quaint cabin style house slightly off the beaten path, yet close to many amenities. It is a guest house on a larger property that includes a main house that is the owners residence. It is 40 Minutes from Nashville, TN. Quiet and Peaceful, the property is just off Historic Hwy 100, minutes from local fare and conveniences. A few miles from Nashville's most well known sites like, Natchez Trace Parkway, Loveless Cafe and DT Nashville and the Broadway Honky Tonks.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. IF you are booking "same day" please give me a call so I can make any necessary last minute arrangements.

Bougie Farm Setting Tiny House!

Come visit us at the ranch where horses, cattle, chickens and Randy the pig meander around the farm. Our tiny house is just past the pond for extra privacy but beautiful views of the ranch. Windows throughout so you can enjoy nature from every space. We have hiking trails, fire pits and beautiful sunsets. The new tiny house was just completed in the fall of 2025. From the plush queen size mattress to the fireplace near the leather sofa and cow hide rug you'll find it a cozy space to stay!

This heavenly 4 bedroom farmhouse is on a tranquil property with stunning creek views! There are fresh herbs in the garden, elderberries in the fall and blackberries in the summer. We are very kid and dog friendly. A lot of love and care was put into creating this unique space for you. The historic Chester cabin is in the heart of Fairview. The living room is part of the original log cabin built in 1807 during the early settlement of the area. The cabin has been beautifully renovated to perserve the history and the quaint charm of a bygone era.
