Relax by yourself or with the whole family at this charming 1910 carriage house. :) Fresh flower bouquet! Listen to vintage records on the record player. The fully functional kitchen, stocked with water bottles, yogurt, and my homemade granola, will keep you happy. :) Sleep in comfort on the king-size, full, and twin bed. The monitors, office chairs, Wi-Fi, desk and printer makes a remote workplace. Kids? We got you! A kid's indoor play area + outdoor playground. No Pets. There are stairs.

Our cabin is located right on the edge of Lacey-State Park, with two spacious bedrooms, fully furnished living room, kitchen and bath. Sit on the deck and watch the deer walk by, enjoy the peace and quiet, with plenty of space to park your boat and recreational vehicles. Downtown Keosauqua is less than half a mile and conveniently located near all that this quaint river town has to offer - dining, shopping, bars, trails, kayaking, fishing, hunting and so much more. Pets not allowed.

Captains Quarters Treehouse

An off the grid whimsical gem in the Ten Acre Treehouse forest! "The Captains Quarters". This is the 2nd treehouse in rural Nauvoo. A lot of the same touches found in "The Whitetail". The first treehouse here, you will find in this nautical inspired creation. This treehouse is a full 2 story, 400 sq foot, and features second story bedroom, sleeper sofa on the first floor, small kitchen area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, plates, silverware, cups and a sink!

Located 1½ miles north of Keokuk, nestled on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River, the Tree of Life River retreat is located in a cozy, private, walk-out lower level (with hosts living above). There's a private bedroom with a queen bed and another sleeping area with four twin beds, perfect for one person or a family. Relax, enjoy nature, and take advantage of our large backyard. We are located approximately 18 miles from downtown Nauvoo via the bridge in Keokuk.

Our swing fire gazebo is a great place to unwind. We are located in the famous rural Van Buren County that includes 11 villages - Specialty shops, dining, antiques, golfing & community pool. Lacey state park has many outdoor adventures - Lake Sugema, hunting, fishing & hiking in the forest.

River's Edge Cabin-Riverfront Acres/DISH/WiFi

This cabin is nestled by the bridge across from Pittsburgh, Iowa, just a few miles west of Keosauqua. Accommodations not only include the cabin, but also 1.5 acres of flat, riverfront land to play, relax and enjoy nature. A screened porch with seating overlooks the Des Moines river. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor fire ring. The amazing wildlife along the river is absolutely beautiful. If you enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing and nature, this is the cabin for you!

Nauvoo with a country view

We welcome guests to our 1880 Sonora Town Hall Cottage. This building once served as a voting poll for the Sonora Township. It is now a beautiful boutique cottage for overnight guests staying in the Nauvoo area. We are located on a working grain farm 6 miles southeast of Nauvoo. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING or VAPING on the premises. We do have security cameras outside of the town hall building, which provide security and lighting for all guests.

The Vernon Street Guest House - Suite 2

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.

Entire Rental House • Nauvoo Horton House

Relax with the whole family at The Horton House. It is a welcoming country home that is located on the edge of town with plenty of parking & room for the family. This fully remodeled home has all the comfort & peace you are looking for when arriving right as you enter into Nauvoo. Being here will allow you to enjoy quiet time with your family while also being able to still tour the town!

Cheerful Home Away From Home

This place will allow you the amenities of staying in a home like setting. You can’t get that at a hotel. Plenty of room, Wi-Fi, laundry, outside deck. One full bath and one half bath. Home Away From Home is how we want you to feel when you are staying here. There is an extra guest fee for every guest over 4. Due to allergies, we ask that you do not bring any pets into the home.
