We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a small child comfortably. But there is only a Queen bed and a small couch.

We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep.
