Cozy private guest apartment (990 sf) with use of lakeshore and seasonal dock (June-September). Two private bedrooms, full kitchen, dining & washer/dryer. 8.6 miles to town. Only 35 minutes to Schweitzer parking. Walking trails, skiing and golf nearby. Lots of wildlife. This unit is suited to people who enjoy outdoor recreation. StarLink internet access.There is a flight of stairs to access the apartment not suitable for wheelchair access. Please no Smoking, Pets, Parties or unregistered guests!

The Little Gem

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk to Historic downtown Sandpoint and city beach. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a small child comfortably. But there is only a Queen bed and a small couch.

Chapel by the Pier

A converted artist studio filled with stained-glass windows salvaged from a local church, Chapel by the Pier lives up to its name. Located just down the street from Third Street Pier, a favorite South Sandpoint swimming hole, the space is also within easy walking distance of downtown. Stroll, or hop on one of the two provided bicycles, to nearby restaurants, bars and boutiques. Few places offer this level of character in such a central location, and all furnishings and appliances are brand new.

Lakeside Tiny House

Summer guests will enjoy the second-floor king size 144 sqft bedroom expansion! Pictures soon. Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Enjoy lakeside patios for bon fires, fishing and boats to use. Sedlemayer's lakefront restaurant is directly across from us a short paddle away. Near Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

Little Blue Dog Haven

The original homestead on a beautiful 20 acres, this sweet little blue house was recently remodeled into a comfortable and stylish 2 bedroom home. Enjoy this fabulous central location with your best friend(s). We welcome well-mannered dogs. Only 20 minutes to Silverwood and 10 minutes to Sandpoint. Quirky lil guesthouse in Sagle!

We inherited a quirky lil guesthouse across the driveway from our home and want to host you! Right off the hwy and 5 minutes from Sandpoint, you will enjoy killer views on a quiet drive. Kitchen, bath with shower, huge bedroom, and an excellent launchpad for all Sandpoint has to offer. Place isn’t completely loaded, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. We’re old school Airbnb users who remember when the place doesn’t have to be amazing and perfect to make our guest feel special.
