This is a 2 bedroom, one bath house with all the amenities! Sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 couch and 1 loveseat), has full kitchen, full bath, linens included, outdoor fire pit and BBQ. Only 10 miles south of Old Forge and Enchanted Forest Water Safari. Also direct access to fuel and major snowmobile trails, not far from nearby hiking trails, Adirondack Scenic Railroad, and McCauley Mountain ski resort. This is a great place to stay to relax and not have the traffic of town.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch has an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to one another. The master bedroom is huge with a newly installed king size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. The master bathroom has a shower with seat, no tub. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

Bring the whole family to enjoy a quiet location minutes from Utica, New York. Utica and the surrounding area offer many attractions for the whole family. The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.
