Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2024. godine. Na velikom balkonu s pogledom na plažu i more nalaze se udobne stolice i stol pa ćete se s užitkom provoditi svoje vrijeme uz miris mora. U blizini je restoran, pekarnica, caffe bar, trgovina. Do starog dijela grada je potrebno 5 minuta hoda.
