Knus, compleet, schoon, stijlvol, dat is wat onze gasten vaak schrijven. De B&B is geschikt voor 2-3 personen. Ruime woonkamer met eigen douche en toilet en eigen ingang. Prachtige bovenverdieping met een heerlijke boxspring. In de woonkamer een fijne slaapbank. Goede WiFi, smart-tv, nespresso-apparaat, koffiezetapparaat, melkopschuimer, waterkoker, koelkast, combimagnetron en keukentje (geen kookgelegenheid). Gourmetten, wokken e.d. zijn niet toegestaan. Ontbijt is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen.

There is paid parking available in the street or at Spoorstraat parking (150 m). Indoor parking for bicycles available upon request.

A lovely studio with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft (note: narrow steep staircase) and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen counter with various kitchen facilities. The studio is remarkably light through the many windows. Please note: due to the narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping loft, it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. Modern ingerichte studio in het centrum van watersport dorp Grou. De studio is gelegen in hartje Grou. Wanneer je de deur uit stapt sta je direct tussen de terrasjes en winkels, loop nog +/- 100m verder en je staat bij het Pikmeer waar je mogelijkheden vindt om een (zeil)boot te huren. Plof na een leuke dag in de omgeving neer op de bank of buiten in de beschutte en zonnige tuin op het zuiden. Vanuit de woonkamer stap je in de slaapkamer met een ensuite badkamer met een regendouche.

Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

Train and bus station are a few minutes walking. It's easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal and Schiphol airport. Purmerend city centre is very near by. Across the road is Lidl supermarket, with a bakery and lots of tasty ready meals.

Besonders gut schläft es sich in einem Boxspringbett und die Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnküche und ein kleines Bad. Besonders gemütlich sitzt es sich auf der Terrasse, die mit Loungemöbeln ausgestattet ist. W-Lan, Fernseher und Radio sind vorhanden.
