"Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Un nido d'amore confortevole e accogliente, adatto a chi vuole vivere esperienze sensoriali (specialmente gastronomiche!) in questa parte di Sardegna meno conosciuta, che alterna mare, pianura, collina e montagna e una tradizione viva, autentica

Casa fronte chiesa San Leonardo

La casa, arredata secondo la tradizione Sarda, si trova a San Leonardo di Siete Fuentes, borgata di Santu Lussurgiu, ad un'altitudine di circa 700 metri, in prov. di Oristano. Il borgo è una delle località più incantevoli della Sardegna,da sempre meta di svariati artisti che ivi trovano ispirazione. Importante è la chiesa romanica del 1100 Le rinomate spiagge del litorale di Oristano e Bosa distano solo 30 chilometri; dopo una giornata al mare, si può godere del silenzio e del fresco notturno.

Un piccolo loft situato nel centro Sardegna. 60 metri quadri circa, con una grande vetrata che si affaccia nella valle sottostante. Gli spazi sono dedicati alla fruizione comoda di un open space abitativo comunicante con uno spazio creativo di artigianato sardo e uno studio di architettura. Il B&B è stato concepito per ospitare le persone che, se lo desiderassero, potrebbero conoscere, all’interno del laboratorio adiacente e ben visibile dall’open space, l’arte della tessitura manuale.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

È il più grande di due piccoli appartamenti attigui -con ingresso indipendente- di una casa di campagna realizzata nel 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone. Al piano terra ci sono la zona giorno e il bagno; il soppalco ospita la zona notte. La veranda è dotata di una comoda doccia esterna ed è ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Il giardino e l’area gioco possono essere condivisi.
