We loved this absolutely stunning penthouse flat. Wonderful view, very comfortable for a party of six including two pregnant ladies and very well equipped including boiling water tap. Also perfectly located for easy access to beach , coastal walks and town centre. Adrian is a friendly host who responded quickly to a very minor issue.

The view!!!!!! even sat out in extreme wind to enjoy it 💪 Great location, nice walks both ways, comfy bed. Indian takeaway across road good too and we walked & had an enjoyable breakfast at Harvester Boscombe Pier looking out to sea

Great apartment in an excellent location. We were pretty lucky with the weather, and it's about 5 minutes walk from excellent beaches and walks. There were two body boards available within the original cost, which our children really enjoyed, and a paddle board and e-bikes at additional cost to hire, which we enjoyed using. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this.

Very nice, clean and tidy apartment. Good distance from the beach and local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend to stay. :)

A fantastic apartment in a brilliant location right across the road from a beach and short walk to Hengistbury Head where there was a huge traffic-free area to explore. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, the main bedroom especially, and having an en suite was a bonus as well as the garden and parking space. Check in and communication was great throughout and we would definitely come back to this area and to this apartment in the near future.

Stayed for a few days, as family were also visiting in the area. Close to Swanage, Lulworth, Durdle Door. House was lovely, everything you need, even the air conditioning came in handy.

Our stay was perfect in every way. Bobby was very welcoming and the property is stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you require. The outdoor space is huge and beautiful- loved exploring the woods and feeding the fish. There are so many toys/games for both inside and outside to keep children entertained. We loved our stay.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We had a wonderful family stay at Paul's AirBnB. The home is perfect for a family or friends trip. Great rooms, huge open plan kitchen/ living area and a larder for storage with washing machine/ dish washer. We honestly would give more than 5 stars if we could. If you're looking for a beautiful home, amazing views and great walks (or short drives) to local landmarks (or pubs!) then look no further. Our toddler (20 months) had a great time in the gated garden or using the New Forest as his play area, and was beside himself when the horses would walk right past the house. Paul was on hand to answer any questions we had, an excellent host! We'd absolutely stay again!

House was lovely. Thought we would be a lot closer to the beach tho because listing said it had private beach access. Had everything a family of 13 could want, they thought of everything. Upstairs bedrooms very hot on first night but managed to turn off all heating & radiators and open skylarks. Beds on the soft side but it’s what everyone is used to I suppose. The 2 single beds in downstairs room are very small and we found it impossible to have 2 elderly people use them. We pushed together to make a usable bed and the other slept in the cinema room. House on a very busy road so the outside noise at night was very bad with cars & bikes zooming about. As we live in quiet area this was not what we’re used to so couldn’t leave windows open during the night. Garden great for the kids, hot tub well used. They have everything there that could be needed so all in all a very enjoyable few days.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in an idyllic home and location. The house was incredibly cosy and well equipped along with a garden to die for. There is everything you might need and more. We had a fantastic 4 days exploring the surroundings and making the most of our stay in the New Forest. Claire and Buster have been so gracious and lovely with us and our two boisterous little girls, they particularly enjoyed meeting the donkeys and chickens. Thank you thank you we hope to back again soon.

Fantastic accomoodatio! There is a welcome pack to greet you , even 4 legged friends. Debbie & Ian are so welcoming and also gave us good tips on places to visit. We have enjoyed our stay so much and were sad to leave but we will definately be coming back. Michele & Mark, Surrey.

3 nights booked for a family weeding mid-week locally , house perfect for our 3 generations of family to visit relax and prepare and recover from the celebrations. Comfortably furnished with a very family friendly garden space. 10 minute stroll into the centre of Wimborne for its nice shops and restaurants - perfect for our needs

Had a very relaxing stay in this lovely air b&b . It was perfect for us & our little dog with the garden . We loved this side of the island , we did many enjoyable walks. Thank you Barnie for all the helpful advice & making us feel welcome. Freshwater bay was a perfect bay for a nice September swim.

Pippa was a great host, leaving very clear instructions on how to get into the property and being super flexible on whether we’d need to use the EV charger or not (we didn’t need to in the end, but the option of being able to charge the car if we needed to was super reassuring!). Lovely apartment and a great location to walk along the coast, head into town for food (loved The Cave for wine and tapas), grab a lazy breakfast (big thumbs up for The Lighthouse) or explore the region. Enjoyed the peace and quiet too! Thanks very much indeed!

Lovely new build apartment, so new amenities and fittings. Well located, easy to find right off the motorways, with dedicated parking spot. Still close enough a short walk and your right in the center. Tom was very responsive to all my messages. Only slight downside, as it’s so new the electric charger infrastructure didn’t seem to work. Worth noting if your electric car only, unless the bay charging gets sorted out, you’l need to take this into account. Otherwise perfect and would happily recommend.

Amazing apartment, set in a peaceful, secluded and private area away from the main road. Really close to the beach. The interior design is very good, high standard with first class fixtures and fittings, like being in boutique hotel. Would highly recommend.

Despite booking very late, Suzanne was a great host and made me very welcome. The accommodation was great with some nice welcoming treats. Downton is a lovely spot for a short break, convenient for Salisbury or the New Forest.

Excellent accommodation. I stayed with my family. The accommodation was clean, fresh, smart with lovely decor. Location was perfect for us. Only about 10 mins walk from the coast which I really enjoyed as an outdoor runner. Photos and description spot on. Hazel responded quickly and was genuinely kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying.
