Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse zum Entspannen im Regierungsviertel in Berlin Mitte. Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Nähe Hauptbahnhof, Spree und Friedrichstraße mit netten Restaurants und Geschäften. Theater, Museen, Brandenburger Tor und Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Offener Küchen-/Wohn- und Essbereich. Ein Doppelbett befindet sich im separaten Schlafzimmer. Vom Wohnzimmer geht es über eine Treppe zur offenen Gallerie. Dieser kann als Gästebereich genutzt werden.

Super central yet very quiet, fully refurbished & rather spacious apartment with an artsy touch for your very special stay. High end, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom with large rain shower. South-west facing balcony. Super comfortable, king size designer bed as well as cozy sofa for your ultimate recovery after a day out in Berlin. Spacious rooftop loft in vibrant MITTE w. terrace

Spacious attic apartment with great terrace for relaxing in the government district in Berlin Mitte. Centrally located and quiet. Near main station, Spree and Friedrichstraße with attractive restaurants and shops. Theatres, museums, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin sights within walking distance. Very stylish and modern furnished with open kitchen/living and dining area. Two double beds, one of them in the gallery open to the living room with spiral staircase. The other one in a separat bedroom.

Lovely little 2 rooms apt (48 m2) in the best city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a short stay in startegic location: Rosenthler Platz, Torstrasse, Kulturbrauerei. PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + incl. bedlinen & towels + high-speed WiFi + hairdryer + cooking facilities + elevator + check-in at night possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: very bright (too much sunlight) - LOUD (busy street -> traffic noise) - NO parking facilities - NO TV - NO washing machine - EXPENSIVE

Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! 1 Charming 2 Room Apartment in Berlin Mitte

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment is for max 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed - faces the backyard. The living room - direction street - is equipped with a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.
