Relax at this 3000 square foot well appointed lake home situated on one of Alexandria's best lakes, Lake Ida with the lake's North public access nearby. This home features a large flat yard and a sandy beach for outdoor fun on 100 ft of beautiful lakeshore. Be ready to enjoy the lake all day! Overnight guests are limited to 12 adults. Douglas county allows double that number during the day for your outdoor summer activities, but twelve guests age 6 and older is the max for overnight guests!

The home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and a dining room table that seats 12. Indoor fun includes a 50 in screen TV, indoor fireplace and plenty of table space for games or crafts.

Inputting 3, 4, or 5 will reflect the price with the additional fees. The maximum number of guests I am licensed for is five. That is why you see five in other areas listing capacity.
