Settlers hut is for MTB riders, bush-walkers & fossickers- it's ideal for all those seeking a bush experience! The hut accommodates up to 4 in single bunks. A full kitchen with all utensils, plenty of hot water, electric blankets & heating, all linen, washing machine, DVD-player, outdoor BBQ & pit fire are provided. We are located on the river, 2 mins to IGA supermarket, pub & pizza, 10mins drive or ride the MTB link trail to Derby. Min night stay is 3 nights over the peak season Dec18 -Jan 18

The Derby Bank House is in the centre of town, walking distance to eateries, brewery and the iconic floating sauna. This old fashioned style Heritage listed Bed and Breakfast sleeps four people and includes 2 queen beds (four poster), a grand lounge room, Wi-FI, TV, record player and reverse cycle AC.
