We love Lara's place in Bicheno. This was the second time we stayed in Lara's house. It is a beautiful spot and the house is so well appointed. It all makes for a very relaxing stay!

We stayed at this property as a long weekend getaway with our kids and cavoodle. The place was so cosy and homely and beautifully styled. The location was exactly what we were looking for and made it easy to walk to cafes and the beach, or day trip to St Helens and Binalong Bay.

Great home base for a bay of fires adventure. Cosy house full of character (great book collection!). Gorgeous back yard for relaxing in. We cooked up a storm, lounged about, shucked oysters at sunset down by the water, and my dog loved every minute. Thanks Joe!

A relaxing trip away, so lovely that is doggie friendly! Not as private as we would have liked - people walking past and looking in, however it was Easter! Also, thankful for wifi as I had no reception at all (with Telstra).

Homely, peaceful, everything you need for the best rest and relax. From the window nook for reading to lazing next to the outdoor fire pit with a wine, we had a lot of fun.

What a beautiful little place. Peaceful location. Loved the furnishings and the house was clean, comfortable and gorgeous. Indigo was extremely helpful, with lost of information available in the house. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to take some timeout in a beautiful location

Very comfortable house suiting a group visiting to ride derby. Good amenities (bathrooms; kitchen and living area) and comfortable bedrooms.

We loved staying at the Rock Cabins and would love to stay again. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, quiet, warm and tastefully furnished. The huge mudroom was very useful.

Wow, wow, wow…we have just left Whale Song behind but will always have a little place in our hearts. We had such a special stay with our 19 month old, slow mornings on the deck, bacon sandwiches on the little private beach at the bottom of house, afternoons collecting shells at the lagoon- the perfect slow and relaxing holiday! The place was just beautiful and a gorgeous shack to unwind in.

Our favorite Derby house - we love everything about it. It’s so sunny and welcoming. Wood fire or heat pump, both do the job very very well. The house is warm right through. Fab big tv and comfy couch. The beds and linens are lovely and fresh and comfortable. Unlike some other places in Derby, there is not a crawling bug in sight much to one family members delight. Excellent design with the bike room along side the living area, it’s very safe as you can lock away your bikes easily. Our friendly kookaburra friends were back to say hello too. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again for the best weekend away in Tassie.

We had such a great stay at this cozy little cabin just outside of Derby. It was the perfect spot to come back to after long days of riding - warm, comfortable, and super inviting. The wood fire heater and heated bathroom floors were such a treat, especially after being out on the trails. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the cabin had everything we needed for a relaxed, fuss-free stay. It was spotless, matched the photos exactly, and felt really thoughtfully set up. Check-in was a breeze and the location was ideal - just a quick 10-minute drive into Derby. Would absolutely stay again!
