Enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside with views of an active bison ranch. This is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom country style home near Fargo, North Dakota. This property lies in the heart of the valley with plenty of outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, bird watching or simply taking a walk along the fence line to watch the bison. This can provide an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Summer is the peak calving time. Our bison calves are spunky and enjoyable to watch.

Custom- built Barndo at Old 27 Ranch (upper house)

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Bertha's Cabin in the great outdoors

"Bertha's Cabin" takes you back in time with cedar walls and maple floor even the original chimney from Grandma Bertha's day. Enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen amenities; LP grill. A queen bed awaits; bring your own bedding and towels; upgrade available upon request. Step outside into the great outdoors to marked hiking trails and thousands of acres of Forest Service land. Invite friends and family to the nearby "Andrew Cabin" and the RV campsites at Sheyenne Oaks Campground.

The Gamber is one of the most historic and remarkable homes in Fergus Falls. Built in 1874, the home offers 10' ceilings and wide detailed woodwork but also modern comfort and convenience. Located on the beautiful Ottertail River, the level lawn is expansive and ready for outdoor games or reading a book while you sit along the riverbank. The apartment is within walking distance of a variety of retail shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options including the local Farmer's Market at Spies Riverfront Park. Whether you’re visiting for business, relaxation, or a local event, this location offers the convenience of downtown with the charm of a historic riverfront community.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Pilgrim's Inn

Enjoy a cozy stay in a private, 3 bedroom suite. Complete with a private bath, sitting room/breakfast nook and front porch. PLEASE NOTE: This Suite is located in the upper level of our residence and does not include a full kitchen. ***NOTE*** *Limit of 8 guests with a fee of $15/person/night after 2 guests. *We also welcome extended stays, giving a 15% discount on week long stays and a 25% discount on monthly stays.

Carpenter's Cabin

Unique year-round cabin! Perfect for a couples get-away or for a family of up to four. During the summer, enjoy a bonfire, kayaking, and outdoor games. During the winter, come back to a warm cabin and play board games by the fireplace after a full day of snowmobiling or other outdoor activities. Dry your winter gear in a separate warming house/game room featuring a pool table and dart board!
