This home would be ideal for visiting families or those just breezing through! Free parking for up to 4 cars. Fast wifi. Roku tv with Netflix, amazon, hulu, disney+. Full kitchen. Right near the highway 94 intersection. 3 minute drive to Starbucks, planet fitness, noodles and company, etc... Spacious fenced in yard safe for well behaved pups!

The Cozy, Vintage Cottage

This delightful home tells a story around every corner! Step back into time and enjoy that precious feeling of coming to "Grandma's house." Now you too can enjoy the peace and relaxation that it offers. Curl up in the comfy La-Z-Boy with a throw or crawl into a cozy bed and savor every minute of sleep. Each bedroom has a sound machine and comfy linens. Coffee is just down the hall in the dining room for six, enjoy your very own custom drink. We hope you'll enjoy every minute of your time here!

Custom- built Barndo at Old 27 Ranch (upper house)

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. "Bertha's Cabin" takes you back in time with cedar walls and maple floor even the original chimney from Grandma Bertha's day. At the same time, enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen amenities. A queen bed awaits; bring your own bedding and towels; upgrade available upon request. Step outside into the great outdoors to marked hiking trails and thousands of acres of Forest Service land. Invite friends and family to the nearby "Andrew Cabin" and the RV campsites at Sheyenne Oaks Campground.

Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Pilgrim's Inn

Enjoy a cozy stay in a private, 3 bedroom suite. Complete with a private bath, sitting room/breakfast nook and front porch. PLEASE NOTE: This Suite is located in the upper level of our residence and does not include a full kitchen. ***NOTE*** *Limit of 8 guests with a fee of $15/person/night after 2 guests. *We also welcome extended stays, giving a 15% discount on week long stays and a 25% discount on monthly stays.
