Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Aan de rand van het dorp Vleuten, naast de Hamtoren en op loopafstand van kasteel De Haar vindt u B&B Hamzicht. De B&B is gelegen op een aantrekkelijke locatie, omgeven door de prachtige natuur van Haarzuilens. Waar u heerlijk kan wandelen en fietsen. Gelegen op 5 minuten rijden van het station Vleuten. Waarvandaan u met de trein met tien minuten in het centrum van Utrecht staat. In de directe omgeving zijn diverse restaurants te vinden.

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

November 20th - April 1st 2026: jacuzzi in the garden (4 people, additional fee requested). Unique Teahouse directly on the historical river, 'de Vecht'. Free parking. Utrecht and Amsterdam can easily be reached by car or public transport. You can also reach us by boat, berths available onsite.
