Villa Stancija Kavali je novoobnovljena kamena kuća u ruralnom okruženju. Smještaj je jedinstven, u netaknutoj prirodi, uz rub šume, sa vanjskim terasama. Izuzetno je mirno i tiho. Kuća se nalazi u zaseoku Sušnji, u mjestu Zvoneća. Najbliža plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 7 km, u Opatiji. Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
