The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee. Max two guests.

Welcome to paradise! This studio apt is located STEPS from the infamous Cocoa Beach and rocket launches. Watch rocket launches out of your FRONT DOOR. You can surf, tan and relax during the day and then enjoy boutique restaurants 1.6 miles away. We provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and even beach toys. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.
