There is Wifi ,TV, and a work table. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. In town on the Main Street. We are 5 miles to Dartmouth College and Hospital. Close to retail,restaurants. Entire lower apt of Austrian Style home in Killington across from Pico Mtn offers beautiful views in a quiet setting with preserved forest and the Appalachian & Long Trail in our backyard. Only 2 miles to Killington Access Road. The apartment is the lower unit, owners occupy the upper unit. We are a ski family and are up early each morning. Previous reviews REQUIRED, no 3rd-party bookings. No partiers, smokers, or loud gatherings. No pets including service animals.

Vermont Horse Farm

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the horse pastures or an evening by a fire under the gazebo with a fire pit on this idyllic Vermont horse farm with glorious views. Close to many activities, such as hiking, skiing and swimming. Scenic retreat on a family owned and working farm. Here we have horses, donkey, chickens, goats, and of course our dogs and cats. There is a short hiking trail with beautiful views and a picnic table by the stream.

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
